Terms of Service and Sale

Yappa is a digital service operated by The Young Club (“we”, “Yappa” or the “Service”).

Yappa turns elements of a conversation you upload into a personalised, entertaining report. The Service may include a free preview, a full report unlocked after payment, a cover image and a share link.

By accessing the Service, uploading a file or purchasing a report, you accept these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a minor or an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

Our Privacy Policy supplements these Terms for the processing of personal data.

You may upload only conversations that you are authorised to use. Before uploading and before sharing, you remain responsible for ensuring that your use respects participants' rights, the confidentiality of the conversation and the rules that apply to you.

• Do not upload unlawful, malicious, infringing or clearly privacy-invasive content.
• Do not use the Service to monitor, harass, discriminate against or harm anyone.
• Do not make a report available to third parties without ensuring that identifiable people in it have been informed where required.

Yappa reports are generated automatically from the file you provide and your choices. They are intended for entertainment and social use: they are not advice, an expert opinion or a complete and certain description of the people and events mentioned.

The result may contain approximations, interpretation errors or wording you do not wish to share. Review it before publishing it and use the link revocation tools if you want to remove a shared report.

The price, currency and any applicable taxes are displayed before you confirm your purchase. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, purchasing a report is a one-time purchase and does not create a subscription.

Payments are securely processed by Whop. Access to the full report is granted once payment has been confirmed. A temporary outage of the payment provider or the Service may delay access.

If you are a consumer, you generally have a statutory fourteen-day withdrawal period from the date the contract is concluded, subject to the conditions set out in applicable consumer law.

If you expressly request that the Service start immediately and the legal requirements are met, this right may be reduced or no longer apply after the Service has been fully performed or the digital content has been provided. Any limitation of this right applies only where the required information and consent are actually presented and accepted at checkout.

To exercise a right or report a purchase issue, use the contact channel provided when you purchased and keep the associated payment confirmation.

The conversation you upload is used to provide the Service. Yappa does not display the raw file in the public report. How data is processed, retained and deleted is described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain your rights in the content you upload. You grant us only the limited, non-exclusive permission needed to process it in order to generate, host and provide your report. You are responsible for sharing the link: anyone with access to it can view the report while it remains active.

We do our best to keep the Service accessible and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. To the extent permitted by law, Yappa is not liable for consequences arising from use or sharing of a report that breaches these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory rights you have as a consumer or our liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or legal requirements. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your use or purchase.

These Terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory provisions protecting consumers in their country of residence. If an issue arises, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it amicably.
